CONTEXT
The ScalePad Suite: a comprehensive toolkit for MSPs
A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a third-party IT service company that manages a customerβs IT infrastructure, security, and more. They typically serve small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that lack comprehensive in-house IT departments, or businesses in highly regulated industries with more specialized IT needs.
Leading design for Quoter, a tool for MSPs to create quotes and get paid
Quoter enables MSPs to build and send quotes by automating the manual, error-prone work of calculating margins, looking up pricing and availability, and integrating with an MSPβs accounting tools.
At ScalePad, I was the sole designer on the Quoter team, leading projects to drive retention and NCA, driving user research initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, support, sales, and product marketing.

MY IMPACT + KEY PROJECTS I LED
Cross-product features: Driving cross-sell and adoption between multiple ScalePad products
This was the first feature to connect Quoter with Lifecycle Manager, ScalePad's flagship product - allowing users to link quotes directly to client initiatives across both tools. It was a huge milestone for ScalePad's platform strategy, turning two standalone products into a more connected experience. The feature saw strong early adoption, with 250 quote<>initiative links created within three weeks of launch.

Client Dashboard: Strengthening customer relationships by giving teams a complete view of every account
A dashboard giving users everything they need to understand and act on their client relationships. Introducing a net-new object into the product's data model made this one of the more technically ambitious projects I worked on, requiring close collaboration with engineering.
Content Blocks: Reducing activation and onboarding time by improving how our users manage their content
A central library of content for users to manage and utilize repetitive content appearing on their quotes (ex. company overview, T&Cs, support policies, etc.) After a 100% rollout in Q3 2025, the feature saw an adoption rate of 26% within 3 weeks of launch and improved onboarding efficiency by 15%.
Quote Styling: Driving customer retention and satisfaction by enabling users to visually customize their quotes.
A highly-requested feature allowing users greater control over the visual design and layout of their quotes.
